I’m at Alki (4 blocks from point) and it sure feels, and sounds like 43mph. It’s blowing good.
Seaview/Genessee is pretty windy, but not too scary. No flickering lights yet – just a nervous twitch. EM
We’ve got power and no flickering lights on Delridge, but after 5 days with no power last time, I’ll admit I’m nervous. I’m also feeling a bad sense of deja vu – last time, the night of the windstorm, I had to go to the airport to pick someone up. Later that night we lost power. Today, for the first time since then, I had to pick up someone at the airport and the wind is howling now. Uh oh …
One or two brief flickers here on Alki Ave., about a half mile south of the point, but other than that, all is well.
Sorry, comment time is over.
