We have a solid wood bunk bed, double-lower bunk and single-upper bunk. Second owner and used very little in the last 8 years; the owners before us raised their 2 boys with this bunk, so it’s likely 20-25 yrs old and was clearly made with long-term duration in mind. The end rails are the ladder to the upper bunk, so there is not a removable ladder to take up space in a room. Footprint is 64″ x 80″. Would prefer to have it disassembled and hauled away by new owner – easy access to remove from a single level home in WSea (Highland Park). Philips-head screws/original hardware in pretty good shape but some muscle power needed to disassemble and move. Mattresses and linens are available if desired. Mattresses came with the bunk, linens are almost new. This is a very sturdy bunk bed and is in really great shape. We got it for free and want to do the same for someone who could really use it.
