   Today i have been conveying to everyone i communicate - my thanks for all the positive things you do! The public servants, the store clerks, the medical personnel, the teen who picked up the coins i dropped, and the people who smile as they walk by. THANKS. Know that the people whose lives you touch recieve your good will with great, and sometimes unspoken, appreciation.

   Thanks AlkiRagdoll. There's nothing like a smile from a stranger to improve one's day. And it's even better when it's your smile that inspires a reciprocal. Peace to you as well. And I hope the Italian lessons are going well.

   I don't celebrate Christmas for religious purposes, but I really love this time of year. I think it's because everyone is sort of in it together. And for some reason, it seems like at this time of of year, we feel more able to do nice things for each other or we feel better about it. I don't know. I can't explain it. But I like it. The holidays give me hope. And I don't have an excess of that.

   Then I translated it into Italian via Google:

   Buon Natale
   Felice Hanukkah
   Felice Kwanzaa
   Buon tutto che ho dimenticato.
   Io non celebrano il Natale per motivi religiosi, ma mi piace molto questo periodo dell'anno. Penso che sia perché tutti sono in genere di insieme. E per qualche motivo, sembra che in questo periodo dell'anno, ci sentiamo più in grado di fare belle cose per l'altro o ci sentiamo meglio su di esso. Io non lo so. Non riesco a spiegare.
