FREE: ‘Claus, Chowder and Cartoons’ at the landmark Admiral Theater
Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, 10-11:30 amA FREE event for the whole family, “Claus, Chowder and Cartoons,” starts at 10 am at the landmark Admiral Theater, 2343 California Ave. S.W.

The fun starts with the screening of an hour of classic Christmas cartoon shorts suitable for kids of all ages.
Then, “The Real Santa Claus” will entertain with a 20-minute live show, followed by an opportunity for families to take photos of themselves with Santa while enjoying chowder served in the Admiral lobby by Duke’s Chowder House.
Donations will be taken for the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, and the Admiral’s regular concessions, including the best popcorn ever, will be on sale.
This FREE event is nearly full. Only 350 seats are available. Online signups are closed. If you and your family wish to secure one of the last sets of tickets, please call 206-349-4297. Walk-ups without tickets will be admitted only if space is available.
