Ncompass Cottage Company (WSB sponsor) is is holding an open house for their latest backyard cottage project in Seward Park on Sunday April 7th, 1-4 pm:

Join us for a free open house and tour of our latest backyard cottage project! In collaboration with Microhouse we recently completed a conversion of an existing detached garage into a fully self-contained, one bedroom accessory dwelling unit. One of our sustainability goals was to keep as much of the original building in tact as possible. This new dwelling features a single level entry, extra insulation, efficient radiant heating, and easy to maintain finishes.

Open house is this Sunday, April 7th, 1:00 – 4:00 pm.
6335 Wilson Ave South, Seattle, 98118
Please park on S. Graham street and walk South down Blair Terrace S to access the cottage.
