FOUND BIRD: Pigeon – August 9, 2019 2:17 am

Our Highland Park neighborhood has had a homing pigeon visiting us for the past few days. It’s a lovely bird of white with black markings and very tame. The bird is banded and the beginning letters are NPA but haven’t been able to read the rest. I think the NPA stands for National Pigeon Association. I haven’t been able to get a photo.
