Workshop Space Needed

Hi! I give workshops for entrepreneurs that want to make a difference in the world and need new meeting room spaces… do you know of any?

I’m seeking 2 different spaces:

– Twice monthly for a group of 6 or 8 (2nd & 4th Wednesday afternoons preferably but I’m flexible).

– Monthly for 20-ish people (preferably 1st Wednesday afternoons)

I’m looking for spaces that are nice, professional, not in a restaurant or bar, with convenient parking… I’d love to have them in a values-driven business’s office space to support their success.

Lisa — I’m not sure if you want to be in West Seattle proper, but you should check in with HomeTask in Burien, they have a really nice meeting area in the front of their space with a small kitchenette in the back of the room. I have been in there for a couple meetings with the practice next door and looks like it can be set up in a couple different orientations handling upwards of 30 people in a large group or a dozen sitting individually at tables.

What are your requirements? Wifi? desk space? Lecture hall?

You also might try calling Youngstown as well. They have spaces that can be good for groups.

I know it’s not in a professional office, but Highline library has a very nice meeting room that would accommodate 20 people. I used to have Meetup groups there years ago.

Michael, I was using space at the Impact Hub (I love the HUB) but their rooms have been full lately, and the 2 hour meters made timing challenging. I’m checking the other two now. Thank you!

Locatoin – I’m thinking from West Seattle north along I-5 to 45th. I’d love SODO but haven’t found a space that fits my budget.

A couple responses:

– It’s a drop-in networking/workshop/mastermind event, so small groups of 6 people, around 5 little tables for my monthly event… it’s for entrepreneurs so it needs to be nice and professional looking.

– For my 1/2 day 2x/month event… someone’s conference room would work great.

– I charge for these so can’t use a library (I do some free events at libraries too).
