Special Events at the Market May 24th
The West Seattle Farmers Market is celebrating the Junction’s Live Local day with lots of special activities for shoppers. One of our lovely farmers from Vashon Island, Langley Fine Gardens , is giving away free sweet pea plant starts for kids starting at 10 am and continuing for as long as supplies last. The market is also hosting the annual mule wagon rides starting at 10 am with pickups right at the market doorstep throughout the market day. There will also be a special cooking demo focusing on barbecue sauce by chef Wendy Dore of Docco’s sauces. Also at noon, local folk group Clallum County will play their toe-tapping medley of old timey favorites.

May 24th – Free mule wagon rides for kids of all ages, live music from Clallam County , and free sweet pea starts from Langley Gardens
June 28th – West Seattle’s 10th anniversary celebration Berry Spectacular featuring local berries, treats for shoppers, and fun activities for kids.
