I am looking for a good commercial broker to help me find a space to lease to move my business into. I definitely will be staying in West Seattle and would love to work with someone who is familiar with this area and who also is preferably an animal person . Have you worked with someone you like?

Also if anyone knows of any spaces off the main streets that may be going up for lease soon and are animal friendly (I drive the main streets and look at Craigslist and the commercial sites often).
One of my main criteria is somewhere with very close or included parking because many of the animals I work with are disabled or very old.
