We are in need of a weekend stall cleaner/horse handler/barn worker. Located in Highland Park area but we are not the mounted police. Saturday and Sunday noon to 6pm. $10/hr.

I have a teenage son or daughter that would be interested in helping you! Not sure if you would rather have someone a little older, but the weekends would work great!

Hello Firehorse1971 and thanks for posting.

Although I don’t ride, I have been a volunteer at a therapeutic riding organization as a side-walker, stall cleaner, tack room organizer, arena prep-person, etc.) and would be interested in learning more about the position, please. Again, thanks for posting! salhunt13(at)gmail(dot)com

My son is 16 and my daughter is 14. My daughter has had a couple riding lessons and they have both been around horses only casually. My daughter especially would love this!
