Our furnace died unexpectedly two weeks ago, and we called Greenwood in a bit of a panic. They were great. Techs arrived the day we called; because we were “no heat” clients, we were bumped to the top of the list for services. Within hours, they had provided four space heaters to get us through the weekend, and on Monday a crew arrived to install a new heat pump. By Tuesday, the process was complete.
