I know there was a thread here fairly recently with recommendations for a party venue but I can’t seem to find it. I’m looking for something for about 40-50 people, doesn’t have to be fancy, but nice “enough” and reasonably priced for about 3 hours in the evening. We will do our own catering, etc. so really just need the space (no kitchen needed). Any ideas? Or remember where I can find the other thread? Thanks!

Check out the West Seattle Eagles. The hall can hold about 100 people and it has great rental rates. westseattleeagles.org or call 938-4426

Thanks, everyone – and JT that’s the thread I was looking for! I need a slightly smaller venue though, so keep the ideas comin’ folks!

Sorry – no, Camp Long is a great idea, I was referring to the previous thread that was asking for space for a wedding of 150. We will have about 40.

If I were looking for a place of that size my first phone call would be to Kenyon Hall, a West Seattle Historic site (homey and with a kitchen!).

Just wanted to say thanks again for the ideas – we are booked at C&P Coffee and Peter at C&P couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating as we worked out the details. I never would have thought of checking it out, so thanks aunteesocial and to everyone else for the great suggestions! I’ll post a report after our event in May…
