Who we are:

Swedish Automotive is an independent mechanical repair shop in West Seattle and have been in business since 1983. We are an automotive industry leader specializing in Volvo, Subaru, Mini and SAAB vehicles. We enjoy one of the newest and cleanest shops in Seattle and provide our technicians with state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment. Our shop has four journey-level technicians and two apprentices who work in 12 spacious, climate controlled bays. What we are looking for in a Service Advisor:

– Must be dependable, honest and trustworthy.
– Have an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
– Have excellent people and automotive repair sales skills.
– Team-player attitude and ability to work with varying personalities.
– Must be able to type 50 wpm and have a good working knowledge of computers.
– Possess the ability to multi-task and maintain a great attitude in stressful situations.
– Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– Previous experience with Volvo, Saab, Subaru and/or Mini Cooper vehicles a plus but not a requirement.
– Experience with shop management software such as RO Writer, All Data Manage, Mitchell On Demand, etc a plus
