You read that right, tech has finally come to West Seattle! This is an ideal opportunity (full or part-time) to join a quickly growing company based in your backyard.

Tango Card is the first company to provide Rewards-as-a-Service, RaaS® to enterprise customers. Just as Salesforce moved CRM to the cloud, Tango Card is moving loyalty and rewards to the cloud – a $50 Billion dollar industry in the US alone.

We are looking for a talented UX Designer with strong skills in design thinking and building extraordinary experiences. The UX Designer will work hand and hand with our Product Management team to develop new features and work to improve the functionality, usability and discoverability of current features in our products.

The UX Designer will develop prototypes for new features/products/tools and conduct user tests to identify pain points. We are looking for someone who can help us iterate quickly on designs and functionality.

We are a 35-person team based in West Seattle and we make decisions fast. You will be able to get quick feedback on designs and prototypes from our account managers, sales team, engineers, and leadership team – all of whom sit nearby, if not next to you. We are growing quickly and need a UX designer who can help us take our products to the next level. We need someone who doesn’t just wait to be told what to do, but is constantly looking for ways to improve our products and tools.
