Hello out there. We own a home in gorgeous setting on Vashon Island, complete with a furnished private studio apartment. We are interested in trading overnight stays on the Island for a quiet and comfortable furnished bedroom/bathroom in West Seattle or Capitol Hill/Leschi/Montlake/Madrona.
This is a sweet spot with a water view near Dockton Marina with kayaks available to borrow. There are miles of hiking and biking trails right next door.
