cruiserMemberHi all,
I need to get my car seen at a Toyota Dealer(need their specific computers). Anybody use Burien Toyota, Toyota of Seattle, Bob Bridge Toyota for service? I know Toyota of Seattle are WSB sponsor but welcome opinions on all.
Thanks

JimmyGMemberI’d definitely put Burien Toyota at the bottom of the list. I know way too much about how that business is run to trust any service work being done correctly and/or at a fair price.
We have used Toyota of Seattle (that’s where I bought my rig in 1996) and Michaels in Bellevue. Both have been for recall or warranty work and both were positive experiences.

inactiveMemberHey Cruiser –
I use to like Burien, but they changed a couple of years ago in a way I’m just not happy with. Plus, my car is an antique at this point. So, for the first time I’ve been taking it to a nondealer: Pacific Rim in Wallingford. Very very satisfied, but they are not close by, nor a dealership. I’ve no idea if they have the computers you speak of. I get beat up Subaru’s for loaners, but I don’t care. Well, not too much anyway.
Before I moved to WS, I lived just north of the UW, and was happiest with an Eastside dealer. I know lots of folks like the downtown Toyota.

AlkiRagdollParticipantI bought my Toy and have it serviced at Toyota of Seattle downtown. They are one of the few auto dealers that will bring you back to WS in a courtsy van (Bellevue will not). They have always done a great job on the maintenance and my only complaint is that when they fixed an issue that was under warranty, they didnt leave the car very clean inside, but it was minor.

GenHillOneParticipantThumbs up for Toyota of Seattle here too (a fan even before they became a sponsor, now more so!)
