I am in search of a clean and well maintained rental townhouse or house for the end of June/first of July. Our current place is listed for sale, and we have agreed to stay while it it listed, but must be out when it closes escrow (of course).
We are a meticulously clean family (two daughters, one off to college in the fall) with good job history, income, credit and references. The challenge is that I need to be around $1500- can go a little higher if w/s/trash are included. I am looking to stay for a good while; husband will be in school for the next couple of years, and I am tired of moving!
I am hoping to be In the Lafayette area to keep the little one at her same school. (I can choice her if need be, but want to be in the general zone). I have seen houses come and go in this range, but the good ones go fast! I know I am a little early for my time frame, but if you have something, or know someone, please let me know!
