Thank you so much to Thriftway (Morgan Street) for fulfilling my request to carry Wildflour’s yummy gluten free bakery items! I bought one of their chocolate chip cookies at Whole Foods in Bellevue and was in heaven! If you’re on a gluten free diet, be sure to check out the Apple Cinnamon bread, the individually wrapped chocolate chip cookies, the herb focaccia… hopefully they’ll get the muffins soon, too! (I know we’re all a bit tired of the usual Udi’s and Flying Apron stuff… so this is a welcomed change of pace, and the only place in West Seattle it’s offered.) Thanks again, Thriftway, for listening to your customers! :)

Yum I’ll have to try it out. Have you been to Coffee and… just below the pike place market? They are doing some pretty awesome gluten free baking.

Sure thing – I run a blog, which you can find by clicking on my username…its not the worlds greatest but it has a lot of places in our neighborhood.

Coffee and.. is doing fun things like Vietnamese gluten free sandwiches, meatball sandwiches, french toast… and more. just found them recently. Enjoy!
