Very collectible USPS ‘lobby’ poster of the stamps issued in March of 1990. Lobby posters were sent to stations throughout the country folded in quarters. I was able to obtain one that had never been folded, very rare in itself. I mounted and framed it using non-glare glass. It has been kept out of direct sunlight. It is in excellent condition
