Per blog rules I called J & S this morning to address this issue and they HUNG UP ON ME.

    .

J & S littered my neighborhood; whomever distributed their advertising flyers last night / this morning just left them on the sidewalks. I saw J & S flyers on the sidewalk in front of every house on both sides of the street for 3 blocks.

    .

I called and asked whom they hired to deliver their flyers, about to let them know the person didn’t really do the job, but the minute I asked the question the man who answered (and had just confirmed that I had the right number) hung up on me.

    .

I’ve called back several times and left messages with my name and contact info requesting a call back, explaining I think the landscaping crew needs to go pick up the litter J & S caused. They haven’t responded and let the calls go straight to voice mail.

    .

From these actions I infer that J & S Yard & Landscape is run by irresponsible people who don’t care about their impact on the enviroment.

    Update:

I just searched the State of WA Dept of Revenue and the City of Seattle website looking for J & S Yard & Landscape’s business licence information – they don’t have any.

    .

THEY ARE NOT A LICENSED BUSINESS ANYWHERE IN SEATTLE OR WA STATE

Is the flyer a smallish green thing? I’ve noticed them in the Admiral Dist. I picked one up in my yard but didn’t think much of it and threw it away.

Thank You for paying attention and letting us all know.

They also littered our neighborhood in Admiral at the beginning of the week. Just seemed to throw the flyers on the sidewalk in front of every house (some of them made it half way down paths), still a lot of them floating around the neighborhood. It is an odd way to advertise as I don’t know who would hire a company that would just randomly throw flyers on the sidewalk. Yes, small greenish things.

If anyone would like to post phone numbers that are on the flyers I would be glad to skip trace, investigate, pursue, and report as might be necessary.
