What is your favorite public bathroom in West Seattle?

I am pretty partial to that little cement outhouse on Alki along the beach down by the volleyball courts. Its definetly not CLEAN, but it could be a lot worse.

I really don’t like the Whale Tail park one. Too scary. And of course, any Starbucks.

    Any favs?

Tullys has very nice bathrooms with quality paper and soap.

The bathrooms at High Point are not too shabby. I should know, we had to use them for a week while our only bathroom was being remodeled, LOL!

I recall someone saying that the bathroom within Thriftway is reliable.

I personally like the Safeway one, as I enjoy reading novels on the stall walls.

The Shell accross the street from the Home Depot on Delridge has a nice smelling latrine. It smells similar to several dancers I have known.

you can input your info about the local restrooms, and find about others. West Seattle is sorely underrepresented….

I think the hobbit hole restroom at Lincoln Park is cool.

    Metropolitan Market’s bathroom is first-class.

I go there even when I don’t have to ‘go.’

I found a new delightful restroom in West Seattle. It is the restroom at the Metropolitan Market on Admiral. It has a great contemporary 70s vibe. I highly recommend hanging out there.

West 5’s ladies room is nicely done and always freezing cold. (I am always hot)

As an occasional nautical traveler of the Puget Sound, I recommend the restrooms on any ferry for a no-frills but decent experience. If the winds are high and the seas are rough that day, it’s like visiting one of those gravity house places.

copasetic. You have a great point there with the ferry’s. It can be quite the wild ride on a blustery day!

Jan, It’s a good thing that you don’t have to know where the public restrooms are less than a block from home ! :)

Once upon a time the Hobbit hole restroom at Lincoln Park was featured in Sunset Magazine.

It was a big deal at the time. (early 1970s)

Long gone and lamented West Seattle public restroom?

    The restroom at J.C. Penney’s.
