celeste17ParticipantSince the streets look bad and there is a chance of more snow today should we postpone the Holiday Get Together? Maybe we should do it in the middle of the week or next weekend? What does everyone think?

celeste17ParticipantI couldn’t agree more TR I wish the weather had held off for 24 hours. Especially since I made a cheesecake last night. The good thing is that nature provided me with an outdoor refrigerator to chill my cheesecake.

JanSParticipantmy car has this automatic locking mechanism..when the weather gets like this, it automatically locks the doors and won’t let me in…smart car – lol….

celeste17ParticipantMine will repel me when I even attempt to get near it when the weather is like this. My back door will allow me to open it to let the cat in and out but will throw a net over me to trap me in the house.

FranciParticipantI sure wish my car had that feature. I decided to go out and didn’t get very far when I started sliding on California hill. Its parked on the hill till the roads improve.

celeste17ParticipantI have had to drive or take the bus in situations like this and didn’t like it. Now I am glad I am taking some time off from work to be with my Mom.
