Redinger Law Offices, PLLC, is seeking a part-time legal receptionist to join our small West Seattle law firm located on Harbor Avenue. This is an in-office position that has flexibility with your schedule. We are looking for part-time availability, with 15-20 hours during the week. The office is located on Harbor Avenue across from the Don Armeni Boat Ramp, so you will have a desk with one of the best views in West Seattle! Salary is dependent on experience.
Preferred candidates will be available to work mainly on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility on the dates/times they are in-office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Customer service experience preferred
– Associate’s degree
– Strong references
– Skilled with Microsoft Office, Google suite, and Adobe, and a
willingness to learn other digital tools
– Reliable, organized, and flexible
– Strong, professional communication and writing skills
