Job Brief:
Samila Bridal and Formal of Seattle is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our styling and sales team. In this position, you will assist brides with all of their wedding apparel needs from gown selection to accessories, all while providing elite customer service. The weekends are mandatory. The position requires some sales experience but is not mandatory, on-the-job training is available. In addition to being a people person, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment where you can build relationships easily. Responsibilities:
• Maintain the housekeeping standards of the store
• Assist brides in stylized appointments and in the dressing room
• Follow up with clients over phone and email post appointment.
• Help brides make appropriate decisions for their wedding dress and accessories.
• Responsible for educating brides on the timeline of the dress purchase and fittings
• Inspection and steaming of wedding dresses for clients

Requirements:
• Detail oriented, mature with a great fashion sense
• Must exhibit confidence and be a great listener
• Working with our entire team to meet all the client’s needs
• Professional appearance and polite demeanor
• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• Work Sundays and some weekdays.
• Physically stand on your feet for long periods of time and able to lift to 25 lbs.
• Multi-task in a high paced environment and high-volume space.
