West Seattle Foot & Ankle Clinic is a well-respected podiatry practice that has been providing care to West Seattle for more than 40 years. We are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to work 12 – 15 hours per week in our West Seattle clinic.

Responsibilities:
Greets all patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.
Schedule appointments
Collects demographic and insurance information accurately
Receives and directs phone, fax, and electronic communications
Prepares and manages patient documentation
Maintains lobby and front desk organized and clean

Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Experience working in customer service
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable

Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Health industry experience
