Outreach Associate with White Center CDA, Part-Time $15/hr

Join an initiative at the White Center Community Development Association (White Center CDA) to connect White Center residents with foreclosure prevention services, financial counseling and training, and homeownership opportunities! This position provides outreach to individuals in the White Center community at risk of foreclosure or to those looking to purchase their first home.

We are seeking primarily candidates bilingual in English and Spanish for a paid position, but non-Spanish speakers are encouraged to contact Marie (email below) for volunteer opportunities with the program. Residents of White Center strongly encouraged to apply! No prior education or experience with foreclosure prevention or outreach is necessary if the candidate is able to demonstrate commitment to the cause and ability to learn quickly!

This initiative is primarily funded through the Washington State Attorney General’s Office.

The mission of the White Center CDA is to promote a vibrant neighborhood and high quality of life for White Center residents and stakeholders through the development of authentic leadership opportunities and community-led, neighborhood initiatives.

We accomplish this through our three lines of business: neighborhood revitalization, family development, and community building.

Position Pay:

Approximately 10 hours per week @ $15.00 per hour

Reports to:

Foreclosure Prevention Specialist (FPS)

Engages with:

White Center residents, small businesses and other CDA partners
