Oh no, Bill from West Seattle Sewer and Drain retired and now I’m out of a plumber. Really love the one or two person operations rather than the corporate ones. Anyone have a good guy or gal that they use… No frill, just a straight shooter. Simple thinga like installing a new water heater and/or dishwasher type stuff.
I had really good service from O’Neill’s Plumbing. I know they are a little larger company than you were looking for. One of the reasons I ended up going with them is that every smaller company or individual person (plumber or handyman) that was recommended to me had a 6 to 8 week wait because they were so busy. O’Neill’s was able to get to me very quickly.
I highly recommend Mr. Simmons Plumbing, he is in WS and is absolutely fabulous! He ONLY does plumbing, no sewer or drain work BUT he recommends Green Lake Sewer & Drain. I’ve also had GLSD to my home and he also does great work. Both are family run businesses. I won’t call anyone else.
Thanks all! Sometimes bigger plumbing places won’t install items that they don’t sell and I don’t like to be forced into a product as I do my research. I will call a few of these places though, thanks!
Another vote for O’Neill!! Mom had to make an emergency call for a backed up sewer. They were busy, but able to send one man. He came, saw what was needed, and since there was no help available called his 16 year old son and had him come over to help dig!! No extra charge!. They’re also a home grown WS business.
