Yes. Frank @ All Pro Pest Control. He’s local, will be out there in a flash, and will use materials and methods that are non-toxic to pets and kids. He came out once a few years ago and sprayed our inside and outside when we found an absolute horde of ants all of a sudden in the bathroom. I want to say it was $200-ish, and definitely no more than $250 for the first treatment. He’s done quarterly service ever since at around $70, just treating the outside of the house, and we’ve not seen a single ant since. It’s worth every penny.
