I am looking for a financial advisor in West Seattle as my old one has retired. Who have you used that you would recommend?

Hi, WS – hopefully you will get some recommendations too – in the short run, if investment is all or part of what you want advice for, we always like to call attention to our sponsors, so we wanted to note that Dightman Capital, an investment adviser, is a WSB sponsor. Ad’s in the right sidebar, direct link http://www.dightmancapital.com/

    good luck in your search!

I’d also be interested in hearing recommendations on a WS-based financial advisor. (I don’t have the 200K minimum Dightman requires for new clients.)

Thanks. I am looking for someone who could look at our finances and budget and help make some recommendations about how we should be directing our investments and how much we should be investing to hit some of our short term and long term goals.

O’m also going to give Dightman a call. Any other recommendations?

I have an excellent financial advisor who I highly recommend, but he’s not in West Seattle (located near the P.I. bldg on Elliott Ave). He’s helped me with budgeting, investments, benefits, 401K, goals, the works! He has a real knack for explaining things and providing options so I can be comfortable with my decisions.

The initial consultation is free too.

Since it’s not West Seattle, not sure if I should post his info, so contact me (or post a reply) if interested!
