Anyone know of a good real estate lawyer(s)? May need one to help with an offer/review documents (buyers representing themselves). Also have a separate need for a real estate lawyer familiar with retirement home contracts, entrance fees, etc. Thanks.

I had a very bad experience with Sharon Best and found her to be arrogant and overpriced for what we needed. Ended up having to re-do things ourselves and still received a bill from her for a “closing the file” letter. There are better and cheaper out there. (And yes, at the time I made my complaints known to her so don’t quote the stupid WSB rules to me)
