    Captain dave..
    1) overfishing combined with over pollution is killing our local fishing industry
    2) income disparity has very little to do with why you are having trouble starting businesses
    3) Did you actually read the wiki link? question answered.
    4) unsubstantiated statement. But there is no question that employees have been stiffed by the Donald.. it’s documented in those court cases you thought too trivial to scan
    5) Who is this we? do you have someone in your pocket and the two of you agree?
I have seen allegations that Hillary got the questions ahead of time but no proof..
however.. it is known that Trump refuses to appear if he can’t control the questions he is asked.. we know that because has publicly stated that is true.
I have seen allegations that Hillary cheated Bernie out of the nomination but what i know to be fact is that she secured the popular vote.. even here in Washington where delegates count instead of voters.
As for wikileaks. i am really not sure what we “know” from them.. nor are you. It appears that they aren’t so very careful in vetting their sources and that the reporting of what is actually in wikileaks documents has been misrepresented to the public.
lastly.. while it is true that the reputation of both Clintons has definitely been maligned.. it does not follow that they were maligned with cause.

It really confuses me why you have trouble accepting that Donald Trump will lie, cheat and steal to get what he wants. It’s not just that the information confirming those charges is public record.. he brags about getting away with it.

JoB: I don’t particularly like Trump’s brash style, but have found it common with successful New Yorkers I have dealt with in the past back when I was in the tech business. I think if he was not operating within the law with his 500 businesses, the bureaucrats would have taken him down a long time ago–I know first-hand that entrepreneurs are the lowest form of life from the perspective of people in government.

I don’t know who can be trusted nowadays. Maybe Wikileaks and all the other information sources are a giant secret conspiracy as you say? However, I do at least trust the FBI to find the truth–eventually. The FBI has clearly stated that Hillary broke some major laws designed to prevent espionage. They obviously have more undisclosed evidence that was serious enough to reopen the case. …And so often, we know where there is smoke, there is fire–especially in such a high profile situation like this.

Scandal after scandal, we gave the Clintons the benefit of the doubt for two decades. I say enough is enough. There is a mountain of circumstantial evidence that leads any cognitive person to highly suspect that something is just not right with having the Clintons in power again. The public does not need “beyond a reasonable doubt” to just say “No More”. How can we not expect more of the same shenanigans to continue through Hillary’s presidency? How can she possibly be anything more than a lame duck president with so much legal baggage that will surely up her time?

last time…the case has not been reopened. They seized Anthony Weiner’s( ewwww) laptops because he was caught sexting with an underage girl. They discovered that his wife had also used they laptop. They have no idea if any of these emails that they say they discovered even have anything in them worth looking at because they couldn’t look because they needed a warrant to do so. They have stated that there are NO emails FROM HRC, and that it might possibly be much ado about nothing. The FBI, specifically Mr. Comey didn’t have to tell anyone about this . He chose to do it himself. It has been disclosed that the FBI (Comey) also has been investigating Mr. Trump and his ties to Russia, but decided to not say anything to anyone about it because it wouldn’t be fair to Mr. Trump so close to the election. But he had no problem doing it to HRC, although they have no idea if/what they have affects anything. Draw your own conclusions.

“The FBI has clearly stated that Hillary broke some major laws designed to prevent espionage”

please back this statement. If they had found that she had broken major laws designed to prevent espionage they would have indicted her. They didn’t. The worst Comey could say.. which by the way was unprecedented in an investigation that didn’t bear fruit was.. I think she was careless.

the FBI is not releasing “new” information.. they are reviewing information they already knew existed.. and releasing years and decades old information on prior investigations that were shown to have no merit…

and they are doing so just before an election…

which really really makes me wonder how much we can now trust the FBI…

and that’s not a good thing.

like i’ve said, this election is hilarious.

the FBI “investigation” into the clintons is based on a partisan hit-piece: clinton cash.

ahh, i see you know the blockbuster book/movie.

    according to NYT:

In August, around the same time the decision was made to keep the Manafort investigation at a low simmer, the F.B.I. grappled with whether to issue subpoenas in the Clinton Foundation case, which, like the Manafort matter, was in its preliminary stages. The investigation, based in New York, had not developed much evidence and was based mostly on information that had surfaced in news stories and the book “Clinton Cash,” according to several law enforcement officials briefed on the case.

The book asserted that foreign entities gave money to former President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, and in return received favors from the State Department when Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state. Mrs. Clinton has adamantly denied those claims.

so much for a reputable, non-political law enforcement agency – which is being run by an inept bush crony.

and whatever you do, do not google manafort and the FBI’s current and ongoing investigation into trump’s former campaign manager and his role in ukranian election-rigging. that might lead to critical thinking and original thought.

redblack: I think it’s hilarious when criminals blame law enforcement for catching them. I bet you’re the kind of person who blames the police officer every time you are pulled over.

“according to several law enforcement officials briefed on the case” Who? Don’t you guys ever question your sources beyond the liberal pundits? And who cares where the tips came from if they turned out to be true?

What matters is the evidence of high crimes were found. If you read the FBI reports, this is an indisputable fact.

yeah, sure, dave. alex jones is a credible source. NOT! but it’s obviously the best that the FBI’s “rigorous investigation” could come up with in indicting the clintons.

don’t ask me to make the case for you or your goofy nominee. you gotta put in your own work around here, homey.

where’s your citation? you’re the one alleging corruption. otherwise i have no reason to believe you any more than i believe the other right wing moonbats.

    Captain Dave..
so let me get this straight.
to prove that the emails being looked at now are new and relevant you link to the paperwork for the July probe .. the one where all Comey could find was what he thought was carelessness.. where he stated that no prosecutor would bring a case based on the information…
so you somehow think that looking at someone else’s email that wasn’t generated by Hillary or passed through her server… emails that were sent to a private computer so they could be more easily printed.. will make the case?
    yeah. right..

for a criminal to blame law enforcement for catching them.. they have to actually catch them..
and that is not the case here. One dry hole after another but you somehow keep believing there must be something down there because reality tv tells you there is.. and they wouldn’t put it in a book if it wasn’t true?

there is a huge difference between liberal sources and factual sources..
though in the interests of fairness i will admit that liberal source do turn out to be factual far more often than conservative sources.

    i wonder why that is?????

and lookee here. i don’t mean to give the impression that i’m a fan of HRC. i’m not. if there was any credible, factual, verifiable information that indicted her, i would be among the first to snicker publicly and say, “i told you so!”

    but there’s no “there” there.

sorry, man. this is more about trump being the most reprehensible and repugnant person imaginable running for office. worse than david vitter. worse than dick cheney. worse than W. worse than romney. worse than palin. worse than mitch mcconnell.

but i do think it’s funny watching the GOP tearing itself to moral pieces trying to elect this clown.

at least HRC is par for the course with democrats. WYSIWYG.

we are trying to change that, though; and until we do, the DNC does not have my support, and will not get my money.

Interesting that there are claims of HRC doing wrong yet no mention of GWB’s entire cabinet doing the same and far, far worse. Seeing as there was no issue with them doing similar why wouldn’t she think it was acceptable? They deleted a massively larger amount of mail directly related to the issue they were being investigated for and nary a squeak from the GOP over it. Double standards are so painfully obvious.

As for Trump, I keep seeing the same thing in this conversation that I see all over the net from apologists and people who simply don’t want to come to terms with the monster they’ve opened the door for.

Let’s not forget there’s an upcoming court hearing regarding Trump sexually assaulting a minor.
    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/donald-trump-rape-case_us_581a31a5e4b0c43e6c1d9834

But yes, let’s all pile on HRC because she isn’t as technologically savvy as others and made a mistake. Seriously, this is a matter of comparison. One is a career politician who has some dirt, the other is a “business leader” drowning in dirt who’s investments have performed worse than simply investing in index funds and never had to earn his start up money in the first place.

J242: the funny thing is that HRC didn’t make a mistake. her private email server was more secure than the federal government’s.

funnier still… wait. scratch that. actually it’s not funny at all.

    more like nauseating.

if elected, trump would be the first president to have to stand before a judge in a child rape case. it’s gonna happen in december.

    repugnant.

CD: “I think it’s hilarious when criminals blame law enforcement for catching them. ”

You mean like how Trump blames contractors when he refuses to pay the already agreed & billed cost of goods/services they provided?

Or, like how Trump blames the media for his own comments?

redblack: If Hillary’s shadow government was so secure, how did so many people from outside the US hack her “secure” secret system? Perhaps Hillary socked away the $6 billion in missing state department records for safe keeping because she didn’t trust our government?

At this point, you liberals can accuse Trump of being Hannibal Lecter and nobody but other hardline leftists will believe you. The rest of the country seems to want to remain a constitutional republic and not a corrupt centralized socialist empire under the Clinton Dynasty. In case you didn’t notice, Trump’s anti-establishment/anti-globalist message is more important than Trump as an individual–so even if he is destroyed, the movement lives on. Where Queen Hillary’s physical body functions are a primary focus of your fixation, Trump is simply a product of a political tide that is changing.

Since rape is a criminal offense, Trump would have been pursued by the law, not Hillary’s lawyers just before the election. Give me a break. Everybody knows anyone can file a lawsuit–winning it is another story.

It’s amazing how desperate Hillary is getting as reality is setting in. I guess I don’t blame her. She is the first person to run for president with the motivation to escape a probable prison sentence. She has a strong motive to tell as many lies as she can so that she can get into a position to be pardoned by Obama. I don’t think Obama would be inclined to pardon her if she doesn’t win.

J242: I must be just like Trump. I don’t like paying for stuff people don’t deliver either. Fortunately, the majority of people in business deliver on their promises, but it doesn’t take much of a Yelp search to find the ones who don’t. Join the real world.

JoB: I think it’s pretty retarded when people copy form letters into a forum. I can fill up pages of that kind of thing against Hillary, but I don’t want to act like a brainless ass running amuck with a megaphone. But, I guess, go ahead and have at it. Just drown out your opposition with drivel if you can’t make a coherent argument. …or rather what the late Saul Alinsky would have said: When losing, just scream.

no, jan, that’s just JKB’s schtick. i don’t think he’ll contribute to or detract from the actual conversation. he’s only here to point out perceived faults in other posters.

dave: ahh, the shadow government argument. do we get black helicopters with that, too?

trump doesn’t give a tinker’s damn about “making america great (again).” he only cares about making himself richer and relevant.

and the rape case has nothing to do with the clinton cartel. it’s a 20-year-old case.

    http://www.snopes.com/2016/10/11/status-conference-in-trump-lawsuit/

anyway, fivethirtyeight.com gives trump about a 10% chance of winning washington. you shouldn’t even bother voting. ;)
