Job Description: Kitchen Lead / Lead Prep

Maven Meals is looking for a full time person to coordinate daily prep, catering execution & inventory management at our Burien kitchen & retail store, The Maven Mercantile. This is a great position for someone who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same and each new task is approached with common sense, creativity, an attention to detail & quality.

This is an awesome position for someone who loves to cook, loves to produce amazing food at a fast pace & is excited to tell our customers about it!

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Writing daily prep lists for catering, meal delivery & retail needs

• Prep, production & packaging of meals

• Preparing catering jobs for pick up

• Inventory management

• Occasional catering deliveries

• Customer service

Requirements:

• Have a positive, passionate, can-do attitude

• At least 2 years experience in fast-paced, high quality kitchen environment

• Be comfortable working alone

• Be available 6am-4pm daily (weekly schedule may vary)

• Culinary graduates encouraged to apply
