rbMemberHello! Looking for a WS rental, preferably in Junction, Admiral or Fauntleroy (or somewhere in between). Wish list is 3 bedroom home under 1400 per month available May 1 or before. I’m a mature, single dad looking for a home for myself and kids.

JoBParticipanti was surprised to find i preferred the westwood village area after i moved here…
great houses.. great rents.. great schools… great neighborhood.
no snob appeal.. but maybe that’s why i like it:)

KevinParticipantrb, The price may be high, but I saw a wonderful house for rent on the beach right next to the Fauntleroy ferry terminal. It does appear to be the size that you are looking for.

I saw another house that is on Fauntleroy Way, just south of SW Wildwood PL which is just south of the ferry terminal. It was not that an impressive looking house so it could be affordable. Just a small sign, you would need to get out of the car and walk up close to get the info.

flowerpetalMemberI tried to fix the link in the CL ad but couldn’t do any better.
The links in the CL ad merely show 26th Ave SW without the address. The rental is due east of McClendons… which is a plus in itself!
