We’re WEEKDAYS and we’re on a mission to help educators get paid fairly and give children the chance to have a caring, personalized learning experience.

We are looking for lead teachers with experience leading a classroom in a preschool or daycare program.

This role is for a lead-teacher in a Montessori-inspired curriculum framework by caring for the small classroom of 3-8 kiddos (deepening on age).

How it works: WEEKDAYS classrooms are early childhood education programs for children 0- 2 and 2-6 years olds. Most are home based programs, and some are located on the site of a corporate business partner.

Requirements:

You must love working with infants and preschool aged children (0-2, 2.5-5 years old)
Have early child education and childcare experience.
Be able to communicate clearly with parents to build trust
Be innovative, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
Preferred:

Access to your own private or public transportation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
