Great, great wood-fired pizza and assorted Italian small dishes up on Beacon.

As painless a venture from the ‘hood as imaginable. Well worth the effort.

    Try the meatballs, for sure!

I’ve been there….once. We had birthday reservations for 7pm. Didn’t get seated until 8pm because they were so slammed. I was pretty pissed. I’ve worked in the industry for a while and this would never be acceptable. If we weren’t there for a bday dinner we would have definitely left. The people that we were with happened to know our server which made up for everything. Apps were already waiting for us when we sat down. They comped all our drinks and we had almost half the menu brought to us, the majority of which was free. It was pretty incredible and we all quickly forgot about out unpleasant wait for our table. Everything we had was stellar, except for maybe the anchovy pasta – but that was just because all else was excellent. Will I go back? Yes, but not on a weekend.
