I could have sworn I saw him walk past our house a couple times in the last week.

Coincidence? There has been a couple burglarys on our block and two attempted break-ins on my garage.

There is another guy who has lived in WS for quite a while. He used to be on the “up and up” but in the last few years has gotten hooked on meth. The police are well aware of him, and that has been breaking into garages specifically because they are easy targets. He broke into ours a couple times. Got a bunch of stuff including my rock tumbler. My husband actually caught him in the act trying to rob us a third time and confronted him.

His name is Joel, white male, 5’6″ to 5’8″, about 130lbs gray blue eyes, brown short hair. Approx 24 – 26 years of age. Surprisingly clean cut and has an apartment he is sharing with his cohorts in the Gatewood area.

Well, I am on 21st and Roxbury. Seen him walking west on Rox a couple times. I could almost swear by it.
