HVAC Lead Installer

Growing West Seattle based HVAC Company, Accurate Heating & Electrical is seeking a self-motivated Senior HVAC Installer will be responsible for creating positive relationships with customers as you professionally install furnace and HVAC system change outs. Your experience should be in sheet metal, transitions, gas piping and furnace and A/C installations.

Responsibilities:

Ability to Train and Lead a team on a jobsite.

Appliance installation, maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial customers in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

General and other inspections of all types of appliances for residential and commercial customers.

Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.

Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.

Ability to run a pipe threader, install gas piping, and have experience assisting and installing commercial and residential duct work; complete documentation, etc.

Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate duties.

Requirements:

Work Experience of 6-10 years

Must Have: Electrical 06A card (or at minimum a valid 06A training card and currently enrolled in electrical classes)

Must Have: EPA certification card

Must Have: Washington state valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Must be able to carry and climb 24 ft extension ladder

Strong communication skills

Strong interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills

Punctual and dependable.

Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard
