    My brother and sister in law just moved back to Seattle and have been looking for a house to rent. I know there was a time when some other WSB regulars were looking for rentals and might have seen something they can pass our way.

    The preference is 2 bedrooms, under or around $1400 per month, and pet friendly. They’ve been driving around and constantly checking craigslist, etc, but I thought one of you helpful folk might have seen something they missed.

    Any rental signs nearby where you frequent?

    just don’t rent from prestige rental management. they are terrible.

    There is a house for rent in my neighborhood, I believe the address is 8601 36th Ave SW, the cross street is Cloverdale. Cute house, was for sale but has been on the market for months so I guess they decided to try renting. I dont have any other info about it though. I think it is a two bedroom. It just went up for renting within the past two days. Good luck with the search!

    I just noticed a cute little house on California just south of Webster (Gatewood Hill) that is for rent – 2 bedroom for $1500.00

    If they were interested in an apartment there is a spacious 2bd/2ba 1005sqft Beach Drive Apartment for rent. Unit is ON the beach, has a large deck and a wonderful wood burning fireplace. Rent is $1595 per month with a $500 deposit. No last month rent required. Pets accepted with deposit. Water, sewage, garbage, and cable included in rent. Building address is 3855 Beach Drive SW.     My wife and I are looking for a rental from April through Sept in West Seattle while we put an addition on our house. We have a dog and cat and can provide references for all of us.
