On Saturday, February 6th at about 11:30 am, a 12-foot Ryder truck rode through my back alley and demolished my backyard fence, pulling up the cement footing in multiple spots, and scraping on a yellow bumper.
My neighbor saw the truck and raced outside to try to capture the license plate, but it was already on the move and was so dirty, the license plate was harder to see.
I suspect it raced away up Admiral Way. If anyone saw a dirty Ryder truck with damage/deep scrapes on the righthand side and probably yellow paint from scraping on the bumper, I would love to know.
I tried to file a claim with Ryder but no local Ryder center says they’ve seen a truck like this come back to the lot. I also tried to file a claim with Ryder (national), but without a license plate or partial one, they say there’s zero possibility they will approve a claim.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
