Somebody else asked me this in e-mail and there is nothing obvious, I’ve been checking the tv news too. I do have one guess though – as I just posted, the Viaduct electrical-line project will have its ceremonial groundbreaking this morning, and that’s exactly the kind of thing for which a tv station would use its chopper. “here’s the south end of the viaduct, this will be the scene of …” blah blah blah.
