Healthy Painting & Restoration Apprentice / Assistant / Project Manager

Established West Seattle painting and restoration company with 46 years in business is seeking a motivated and experienced apprentice/assistant to the owner – or an experienced project manager.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in interior and exterior painting, staining, plastering, and restoration required

· Ability to understand and achieve high-quality work, with initiative to remedy issues when standards are not met

· Project management experience strongly preferred

· Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance required

Responsibilities:

· Assist with painting, restoration, and related labor

· Support entry-level project and office management tasks

· Coordinate with owner and team on job sites ranging from West Seattle to Issaquah, and Everett to Tacoma

· Part-time to full-time schedule, depending on workload

· Performance-based raises and growth opportunities

· Work with a well-established company known for craftsmanship and reliability
