Ella & Oz is a boutique Aveda salon located in the Admiral District of West Seattle. We have earned a great reputation in our neighborhood and the surrounding areas by providing a pleasant and warm environment for our clients and staff.

We believe stylists should earn more than a living wage. To make this a reality, we have developed a program that allows our artists to consistently improve their income. Income for our stylists typically increases from $7,000 to more than $10,000 per year, year over year. In 2022, stylist at E&O earned between $85,000 and $110,000. We will gladly share more about our program with you when we meet.
