Gymnastics/Tumbling Instructor

ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, is recruiting for athletic and highly motivated Gymnastics/Tumbling Instructor to teach gymnastics classes for children ages 5-12 years old for After School enrichment classes at our programs in Northeast Seattle. Our programs provide safe, engaging and educational after school opportunities to elementary age youth.

This is an introductory tumbling and rhythmic gymnastics class for ages 5-12. General responsibilities include teaching in a nurturing environment, set-up and take down of equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Instructors must be highly motivated, dedicated, and reliable.

Location: Northeast Seattle sites – Hazel Wolf Elementary School and Wedgwood Elementary School

Schedule: To be determined (after school hours)

Start date: Monday, September 19, 2016

End date: Friday, December 16, 2016; opportunities for further sessions during winter or spring season

Pay range: $20.00 per hour

Requirements:
•Over 21 years of age
•Experience teaching gymnastics and/or tumbling to this age group is preferred
•Must pass criminal background check
•Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US and valid government issued ID
•Must sign up for direct deposit with either checking or savings account or Payroll Paycard
