Since SPD is only sending the same stuff to ND as it is publishing elsewhere – its “blotter,” news releases, etc. – I’m guessing she was intending to share the holiday crime prevention tips, which we share every year too; they were just sent out by the SPD Crime-Prevention Coordinators.
