Anyone have good or bad experiences with their gas water heater? Need to replace mine (I think) as it’s 14 years old but not leaking. Can’t get a good read on quality water heaters…so many bad reviews for every one!
go with a tankless if you can, they last longer even though they are more expensive and they never run out of water. I think ours is a nortiz, but there are lots of brands now. there are other forum discussions on these as well.
