Hi all, I was driving to church on Saturday night and was listening to Seattle Kitchen with Tom and Terry and they were interviewing Justin from Full Tilt. I happened to be in White Center last week and bought a container of Salted Carmel and I love it. Its not to sweet but not bland either. WTG Justin for getting a bigger audience on Seattle Kitchen. Good Luck with the Ice Cream social at the palace this week. You rock.

Yes Ice Cream social at the Palace ballroom, which is their catering venue across the street from the Palace Kitchen. TUes Aug 11th.

I finally took the plunge and tried Full Tilt. As someone who eats ice cream once every few months, I had to check it out. (Hey I LOVE LOVE LOVE ice cream but it’s a treat – not a regular part of my diet) I tried the “salted caramel” and found it worth the “treat” status. It had the desired flavor, creamy mouth feel and texture, and a generous portion. The only criticism I have is the freezer case (looked like it hadn’t been defrosted in quite a while – a bit of turn off) and the lack of selection. Will I go back? My taste buds insist!
