This is such a wonderful resource to West Seattle residents. Both my parents and I were born and raised in West Seattle.

My father passed away last August after a brutal

battle with Lung cancer. He had purchased a new motor home but was hardly able to use it due to his illness. My mother decided that she want to try to sell this motor home as soon as possible. Understandably she did want to have to deal with it. So I offered to try to sell it for her. I have been unsuccessfully trying to sell it since October of 2007. The motor home is located here in West Seattle.

I have placed an add in the Times and herald several times. I also have it in the local RVTrader and RVTrader online.

Do you no anybody that might be interested in a very well cared for, low mileage, 2003 motorhome?

I was wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions on how to best sell this

    motor home in West Seattle.

Thanks in advance to any response or help you can offer.

    Cheers.

I don’t know anyone personally, but I’ve successfully bought and sold vehicles (and much other stuff) on craigslist (www.craigslist.com).

Don’t know if local AARP has any online classifieds, but that might be another possibility — or make up cards and put them up in retirement homes…target the market. (Craigs doesn’t do that, but it is free so the price is right.) Good luck — your mother is lucky to have your help!

    Hi Deana,

Could you send a picture of the RV? What is the actual mileage? I would also suggest you on on Craigslist.com and post an ad for free. Good luck and sorry to hear about your Dad, my Mom died due to lung cancer that was due to second hand smoke, my condolences.
