Evening PIC Position at West Seattle Thriftway

We are currently looking to bring on an Evening Shift Manager to our team!

Our ideal candidate will:

– Supervise and lead a team of crew members to ensure efficient and effective operations
– Oversee daily tasks and assignments, providing guidance and support as needed
– Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels
– Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
– Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers
– Assist with sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products
– Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners for efficient movement of stock
– Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Multilingual abilities are a plus
– Proficient in using equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners
– Knowledge of inventory control procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $25.15 – $28.15 per hour
