Architecture/development firm located in the Alaska Junction is looking for an experienced full-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager to run our administrative and accounting operations. Applicants should have at least 3-5 years experience, preferably with a design or development firm, and with strong organizational and management skills. Position available immediately.
Main responsibilities:
– Bookkeeping (AP, AR, Payroll, Taxes) and financial analysis (monthly reports and job costs)
– Contracts, proposals, licensing, insurance, subscriptions
– Human resources / benefits package management
– Office management
– Marketing & publications
Must be able to accurately complete multiple tasks concurrently. Mastery of Quickbooks and full MS Office Suite required. Preference given to applicants with BigTime experience.
