Gatewood and West Seattle neighbors:
Many of you have vegetable gardens and fruit trees (plum, apple, etc.) loaded with beautiful veggies and fruit unharvested and allowed to rot. What a waste! There are a number of charities in Seattle eager to have your fresh fruit. One is particular is the Jubilee Women’s Center (https://www.jwcenter.org/services-learn-more/#terDonate). Fresh fruit and vegetables are high on their wish list. Please consider donating your produce! Win win!
